2、施工操作(zuò)流程：

（1）、車輛進(jìn)入(rù)工位(wèi)後(hòu)打(dǎ)開(kāi)暖風(fēng)，对(duì)發(fà)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行常規檢查：發(fà)動(dòng)機(jī)水(shuǐ)温(wēn)、故障燈(dēng)、暖風(fēng)情(qíng)況、冷(lěng)卻系(xì)統檢漏。（如有(yǒu)滲漏维修後(hòu)再操作(zuò)）

（2）、擰開(kāi)放(fàng)水(shuǐ)開(kāi)關(guān)或(huò)拆開(kāi)下水(shuǐ)管(guǎn)，把(bǎ)原車冷(lěng)卻水(shuǐ)放(fàng)掉，擰緊放(fàng)水(shuǐ)開(kāi)關(guān)或(huò)裝(zhuāng)好(hǎo)下水(shuǐ)管(guǎn)。

（3）、等發(fà)動(dòng)機(jī)降温(wēn)後(hòu)往水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)里(lǐ)加進(jìn)清(qīng)水(shuǐ)，起(qǐ)動(dòng)發(fà)動(dòng)機(jī)讓冷(lěng)卻系(xì)統進(jìn)行清(qīng)洗，清(qīng)洗过(guò)程加油(yóu)門(mén)讓节(jié)温(wēn)器打(dǎ)開(kāi)（不開(kāi)空(kōng)調时(shí)風(fēng)扇(shàn)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)）

（4）、清(qīng)洗完成(chéng)後(hòu)擰開(kāi)放(fàng)水(shuǐ)開(kāi)關(guān)把(bǎ)水(shuǐ)放(fàng)掉，拆開(kāi)上(shàng)、下水(shuǐ)管(guǎn)，暖風(fēng)管(guǎn)、中(zhōng)缸放(fàng)水(shuǐ)螺丝(sī)、副水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)（若螺丝(sī)太緊建議不拆），有(yǒu)双(shuāng)空(kōng)調的(de)車型，還(huán)需拆除後(hòu)排暖風(fēng)管(guǎn)。

（5）、等發(fà)動(dòng)機(jī)降温(wēn)後(hòu)用(yòng)清(qīng)水(shuǐ)清(qīng)洗整个(gè)冷(lěng)卻系(xì)統一(yī)遍(biàn)，如水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)、缸休、暖風(fēng)箱(xiāng)、副水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)等。

（6）、用(yòng)UD專業風(fēng)槍把(bǎ)冷(lěng)卻系(xì)統的(de)水(shuǐ)吹干(gàn)淨。吹水(shuǐ)流程：（1）吹干(gàn)淨水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)內(nèi)的(de)冷(lěng)卻水(shuǐ)。（2）吹干(gàn)淨缸體(tǐ)內(nèi)的(de)的(de)冷(lěng)卻水(shuǐ)。（3）吹干(gàn)淨暖水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)內(nèi)的(de)冷(lěng)卻水(shuǐ)（保證出(chū)水(shuǐ)管(guǎn)無水(shuǐ)珠(zhū)則可(kě)）。

（7）往中(zhōng)缸加注500毫(háo)升(shēng)優道(dào)除水(shuǐ)劑，用(yòng)風(fēng)吹出(chū)来(lái)（用(yòng)杯(bēi)接住），用(yòng)测水(shuǐ)儀测含水(shuǐ)量(liàng)（须测3次(cì)以(yǐ)上(shàng)）儀器刻(kè)度(dù)达(dá)53以(yǐ)上(shàng)，再把(bǎ)缸休中(zhōng)的(de)除水(shuǐ)劑吹干(gàn)淨。

（8）、擰緊放(fàng)水(shuǐ)開(kāi)關(guān)，裝(zhuāng)上(shàng)上(shàng)、下水(shuǐ)管(guǎn)、暖風(fēng)管(guǎn)、中(zhōng)缸放(fàng)水(shuǐ)螺丝(sī)（注：留一(yī)条(tiáo)位(wèi)置高(gāo)的(de)管(guǎn)不裝(zhuāng)，加注無水(shuǐ)冷(lěng)卻油(yóu)时(shí)讓它(tā)排空(kōng)气(qì)），清(qīng)洗吹干(gàn)後(hòu)裝(zhuāng)上(shàng)副水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)。

（9）、往水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)里(lǐ)添加無水(shuǐ)冷(lěng)卻油(yóu)，添加过(guò)程用(yòng)手(shǒu)指捏上(shàng)下水(shuǐ)管(guǎn)進(jìn)行排空(kōng)（如該車型有(yǒu)放(fàng)空(kōng)螺丝(sī)則擰開(kāi)螺丝(sī)進(jìn)行排空(kōng)），當水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)里(lǐ)的(de)冷(lěng)卻油(yóu)加滿时(shí)，起(qǐ)動(dòng)發(fà)動(dòng)機(jī)踩油(yóu)門(mén)讓节(jié)温(wēn)器打(dǎ)開(kāi)（加速到(dào)2500轉(zhuǎn)/分(fēn)，密切(qiè)留意(yì)水(shuǐ)温(wēn)變(biàn)化及(jí)管(guǎn)道(dào)狀況）。

（10）、再往水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)及(jí)副水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)添加無水(shuǐ)冷(lěng)卻油(yóu)直(zhí)到(dào)标(biāo)準液面(miàn)，擰上(shàng)水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)蓋道(dào)路(lù)試車，路(lù)試後(hòu)打(dǎ)開(kāi)水(shuǐ)箱(xiāng)蓋测無水(shuǐ)冷(lěng)卻油(yóu)中(zhōng)的(de)水(shuǐ)含量(liàng)，儀器刻(kè)度(dù)达(dá)53以(yǐ)上(shàng)，並(bìng)檢查無水(shuǐ)冷(lěng)卻液的(de)液面(miàn)高(gāo)度(dù)（不夠时(shí)添加到(dào)标(biāo)準液面(miàn)）。

Usage:

1. Construction objects:

2. Construction operation process:

(1) after entering the station, the vehicle will turn on the warm air and carry out routine inspection of the engine: the temperature of the engine, the fault lights, the warm air and the leakage detection of the cooling system. (if there is leakage, it can be operated after maintenance)

(2) turn on the water switch or open the downpipe, release the cooling water from the original car, tighten the water discharge switch or install the downpipe.

(3) after the engine cools down, add water into the water tank, start the engine and allow the cooling system to be cleaned, and open the fuel valve during cleaning (the fan turns when the air conditioner is not switched on).

(4) after the cleaning, turn the open water switch to release the water, and open the upper and lower water pipes, the warm air pipes, the central cylinder drain screws, the auxiliary water tanks (if the screws are too tight, it is recommended not to remove).

(5) after the engine cools down, clean the entire cooling system with clean water, such as water tank, tank rest, warm air box and auxiliary water tank.

(6) blow the water out of the cooling system with the UD professional air gun. Blow water flow :(1) blow the cooling water in the clean water tank. (2) blow the cooling water inside the cylinder. (3) clean and warm the cooling water in the water tank (make sure there are no water drops in the outlet pipe).

(7) add 500ml of water remover to the middle cylinder, blow it out with the wind (catch it with the cup), measure the water content with the water meter (more than 3 times must be measured), and then blow the water remover out of the tank rest.

(8) tighten the water discharge switch, install the up and down pipes, warm air pipes, and water discharge screws in the middle cylinder (note: leave a high position pipe uninstalled, and let it drain air when adding water cooling oil), clean and dry it and install the auxiliary water tank.

(9), to add without water cooling oil in the tank, adding process with fingers up and down the pipe emptying (such as the model has a vent screw is unscrewed the screw for emptying), when the cooling oil in the tank filled with starting the engine thermostat open on the accelerator (up to 2500 RPM, closely monitor water temperature change and the status of the pipe).

(10) add water-free but oil-free oil to the water tank and the auxiliary water tank to the standard liquid level, screw on the road test of the water tank cover, open the water tank cover after the road test to measure the water content in the water-free but oil-free water cooling oil.

(11) check whether the water pipes are leaking and whether the cooling system is normal. Affix the warning mark of UD engine environmental cooling oil on the cover of the water tank and the rear of the car, so as not to add the traditional cooling fluid and water again.

Error and attention!!!

Myth and cautions 1: use tap water or substandard coolant instead of water-free oil, or mix tap water with water-free oil or non-standard or water-containing coolant in a preferred channel? It will affect the performance of this product for a while.
